Regeneration of desiccant at HDR Desiccant Dryers accomplished without use of heat. The wet desiccant bed dried by diverting a small amount of the dry air from the out which is close to atmospheric pressure. The purge flow rate is adjustable to match required dew-point as per outside conditions. The super dry air flows in a counter direction through the wet bed, sweeps all water vapour which absorbed by the desiccant.
